This product helps you tan FAST! It doesnt upset my highly sensitive skin, it actually helps as they use amazing ingredients! The scent is beautiful peach like and the tone of the bronze effect is beautiful as well.
I think it's a nice product. But, it's kinda hard to apply. It's supposed to be a gel. But, it's actually a thick balm, very similar to chapstick. It applies like chapstick, too. It feels and looks just slightly greasy, which I would expect from a tanning product. I did not use it to tan. But, I scooped some out, to take to my sister in law to try, since she has her own tanning bed. I've never asked to use it, and I'm not going to start now. Since it's only March, I won't be sunbathing for a while. I don't tan that often anyways. So, I may end up giving it all to SIL. SIL said she thinks it works fairly well. She could tell a difference, with just one use. I will mention that she tans easily. She's been using a tanning bed, at home, for years. She typically uses tanning products, when she tans. Due to the kind of ingredients that are in this, I used it as a cuticle balm. It works well for that, too. It does have some nice ingredients, that are good for skin. Imo, it makes sense that it could be used for both. I like the pineapple scent. It kinda reminds me of a tropical scent. Maybe the coconut, calendula, and some of the other ingredients, make it smell just slightly more than just pineapple. Idk. ?????? SIL likes the scent, too.
This smells amazing. It is really thick and hard to spread. I would definitely use this over an SPF. I like the tiny scoop that comes with and how great it smells.
I'm going to be using this to use intermediate with my regular sunblock so I can tan a bit quicker and still protect my skin against those pesky UV rays. Isletan Intensive Tanning Gel smells soooo delcious! Its almost a wax like consistency, but spreads fairly easy. I will also be using this when I use the occasional tanning bed (I do so periodically for psoriasis). I will be using this pot until empty ??
This smells just like a pineapple dole whip from Disneyland. Like eerily similar. If I put this on I start craving that ice cream. So if you really like that aroma then you'll love this. If you don't want to smell like a yummy pineapple ice cream then I'd avoid it.
